These forms can be used in two ways:
1. You can print the forms and type directly on the pages.
2. You can fill the forms out on your computer.
Important: before you begin, please note that with Acrobat Reader, you cannot save these forms with the information you enter (if you have the Full or Approval versions of Acrobat, you should be able to save your information). You must print the forms before you close the document or you will lose all of your work. You may want to prepare the longer responses in another program, then copy and paste them into the forms.
To fill out the forms on your computer:
a. Open the PDF of the application form, using Acrobat Reader. If you don’t have Acrobat Reader, click here.
b. Click on any line or field in the form. You will see a blinking cursor, where you can begin to type.
c. To paste in longer answers from another document, choose the paste command under the edit menu.
d. Print the forms immediately after filling them out (you can print multiple copies if you wish).
